An Annual Fundraiser For a Good Cause
This annual event supports the Community Legal Assistance Services for Saskatoon Inner City Inc. (CLASSIC) and Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan. It’s a great networking event and is an opportunity for judges and lawyers and their guests make connections and give back to the community at the same time.
We are thrilled to say we have helped raise over $50,000 for this charity in Saskatoon and are now part of their fundraising planning team!

Our Role
- Building out a complete sponsorship package to promote law firms and companies in Saskatoon
- Run committee meetings and circulate meeting minutes after
- Facilitate ticket sales and purchase
- Event set up:
- Seating plan
- Catering
- Decor set up
- Sponsorship activation points
- Room flow
- Manage the event:
- Facilitate auction items
- Handle timing and flow of the night
- Run all of the behind the scenes logistics
