With a Bachelor of Agriculture under her belt, she brings a unique blend of expertise to the table. Prior to joining us, she spent nearly a decade as a managing partner at a small construction company, where she honed her skills in sales, marketing, and process management.

Driven by a passion for organization and precision, Desirée is highly detail-oriented, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks. Her knack for thinking outside the box allows her to tackle challenges creatively, bringing a fresh perspective to the table at every team meeting.
