Star Studded Movie Premiere
We were fortunate enough to be part of this star studded night celebrating the release of the movie ‘Ice Guardians’ about hockey’s toughest on ice enforcers. This busy event welcomed past and present NHL stars to Saskatoon and required a lot of planning and coordinating to ensure it went off without a hitch!
Our Role:
- Initial event conception and idea generation
- Booking of venue
- Managing ticket sales and invitations
- Coordination of food and beverages
- Managing volunteers
- Executing all elements of event onsite
